Set-up instructions for the August West Palm Beach Antiques Festival

• • Set up is Thursday from 8-5

• • We will line up for set up at Gate 2, note location on map below

• • Many Booth Numbers have changed from August, but most of you are in the same location.

• • There will be multiple access points for load in.  When you arrive tomorrow, load in door will be marked by having bike rack in front on them.  Do not park in front of the bike rack as they will be flipped and those will be load in access.  Violators will be flogged for customer enjoyment as the show opens on Friday.

• • Booth number and a map are also below.  A great deal of time and effort was spent on this floorplan, and I attempted to grant as many of your requests as possible, but all were not possible.  We can make adjustments moving forward, but please don’t reach out before the show.   Let’s get this one set up and open and then we can discuss locations for August-October.

• • We have issued single booth numbers, your space is the size you ordered, but only has a single number.
