Good Morning Dealers,

Below is some important information regarding this weekend and the February Show:

Booth Rent Payments:

Many of you still have outstanding balances. We kindly request that you settle your booth rent today, as tomorrow we need to dedicate our time to preparing for the February Show.

Office Locations for Assistance:

Janie will be at the office in the West Expo this morning. Please coordinate with her to complete your payments.

Maggie and Judy will be available in the office in Building 10 from 8:30 to 10:30. Dealers located in Buildings 6–10 can connect with them for assistance.

February Show Space Challenges:

At last year’s February show, Kay sold approximately 40 spaces to vendors for February 2025. These vendors paid in full and are expecting specific spaces in the West Expo and Buildings 6–10. As you know, many of those spaces have been occupied for months. This has created a challenging situation as we work to accommodate these vendors.

We deeply value your loyalty—many of you have been with us every month since we acquired the show—and we are committed to being fair to you and those dealers who paid for their spaces 12 months in advance.

To help us manage this process and improve accuracy, we will once again distribute forms for requesting booth, table, wall, electric, and showcase orders for February. Even if you attend every month, we need you to confirm your space.

If anyone is willing to offer flexibility by downsizing or changing booths for February, it would be greatly appreciated. We promise to work through this situation and assure you that by the February 2026 show, this will not be an issue again.
