Be nice to our team, our customers, and especially your fellow dealers.

You have far more in common with the dealer across the aisle than you do with almost any other business owner. You chase inventory, load trucks, travel, take risks, and make a living buying and selling things you love.

Many years ago, I helped bring auctioneers, dealers, museums, and online platforms together to form an industry organization. We realized we weren’t really rivals—we all depended on the health of the same industry.

The same is true here.

Help each other. Share your knowledge. Encourage younger dealers and new collectors. They are how this business continues for another generation.

The things in our booths have survived decades—or centuries. We’re really just their temporary custodians.

So enjoy this strange little world we share. Sell some things. Buy some things. Make some money. Make some friends.

We’re doing something special here, and we appreciate you being part of it.
