21 Feb Thanks from Jenkins & Co.
Nashville and West Palm Vendors,
Thank you—truly, a million times thank you.
Apologies for the delay in getting this note out. Recovery has been slow but steady, and that’s a good sign. Together, we just completed what may have been the best two weeks in our company’s 40-year history.
For the brave souls who made both weekends, you shared in something truly epic. For the history buffs among you, it felt a bit like Patton turning the Third Army to relieve the 82nd at Bastogne—two days, attack at full strength, straight from West Palm into Nashville after fighting the good fight the week before.
Any good leader of women and men knows who makes things possible. Vendors, customers, team, and family—you are the reason this works. Janie, Fredo, Lisa, Jen, Judy & Juan, and a cast of great people in both West Palm and Nashville make this all doable. After two weeks on the road together, we were still laughing—which tells you everything you need to know about a great team. We wouldn’t do this with anyone else.
And thank you to Dawn, Graham, Cadee, and Kelsey for holding down the home front and your help in Nashville. Your support means more than you know.
In just those two weeks, we:
- Broke attendance records in both West Palm Beach and Nashville- nearly 80 years of combined show history
- Logged the two highest-attended days in Nashville history
- Increased dealer count by 160 in West Palm and 45 in Nashville, including the launch of Jewelry & Vintage Style
- Saw countless smiles, laughter, and great moments between customers and vendors
- Received nearly unlimited positive feedback on the quality, diversity, and range of both shows
Thank you for the loading and unloading, the setups and tear-downs, and for sharing the things you love with both longtime customers and new ones. Speaking of new customers—we can document over 3,000 first-time attendees across these shows. That speaks volumes about the future of what we are building together.
Great shows are never universal, and we’ll continue to strive to be remarkable—learning, improving, and refining—so that this letter reflects the same pride and gratitude after future events as well.
We’re taking a few days to catch our breath before we reconvene again in West Palm Beach. I hope to see all of you soon. Until then,……….
With Thanks,
Jon Jenkins
