Subject: September 5–7 West Palm Beach Antique Festival – Set-Up Instructions & Ticketing Information

My Esteemed and Long-Suffering Exhibitors,

Our grand September engagement of the West Palm Beach Antique Festival is nearly upon us, convening September 5–7 in the noble East Expo at the South Florida Fairgrounds. Allow me, with all due ceremony (and just a touch of mischief), to relay the particulars.

Set-Up – A Civilized Commencement
On Thursday, September 4, from precisely 8 o’clock in the morning until 5 o’clock in the afternoon, the festival gates shall swing wide for your arrival. Entrance shall be made through Gate 2 — that paragon of portals, located just east of the East Expo.

As you seek ingress, direct your carriages (or modern jalopies) only to those doors marked by bike racks. These are the sacred thresholds of vendor passage. Should one be so bold as to obstruct them, we reserve the right to stage a public flogging at Friday’s opening — a spectacle both instructional and, we daresay, highly entertaining to the assembled crowd.

Booth Details – A Note of Reassurance
Booth numbers and the revered floorplan shall be dispatched to your inbox one week hence. Though the numbers may be new, fear not: the space you so dearly rented remains unchanged. We shuffle numbers, not square footage.

Tickets – A Marvel of the Modern Age
This month, we unveil a most futuristic contraption: advance, discounted admission by way of Eventbrite. With but a click, customers may leap over the box office line and sally forth directly into your booths. Tell your patrons thus:
👉 wpbaf.com or simply search West Palm Beach Antique Festival on Eventbrite.

Discounted tickets shall vanish promptly at 5 o’clock Friday afternoon — like Cinderella’s carriage, but with more parking hassles.

In Conclusion
If queries remain, do trouble us before Thursday. Otherwise, we eagerly await your arrival, polished wares in tow, for another splendid (and only mildly chaotic) gathering.

With utmost appreciation and one raised eyebrow,
Jon Jenkins
