Subject: A Modest Proposal (With Tape Measures, Mild Genius, and a Touch of Chaos)

Dear West Palm Dealers,,

There comes a moment in every growing show when you stand in the middle of the floor, look around, and realize two things at once:

  1. We are too big for just the East Expo in June.
  2. We are not quite big enough (financially, logistically, or spiritually) to fling open Buildings 6–10 like a conquering army.

In other words—we are in that awkward teenage phase. Voice cracking. Growing too fast. Eating everything in sight.

So naturally… we’ve come up with a brilliant, slightly unhinged, but highly effective solution.

The Great 10-Foot Experiment™

We need to reduce the standard booth size to 10′ in width instead of 12′ to accommodate the vendors who have signed up for the show.

  • Take 10’ spaces instead of 12’
  • At a special rate of $235
  • Supported by our 4’ tables (perfect for those running two 6’ tables across the back—yes, we’ve thought this through like chess players, not checkers enthusiasts)

Think of it as:

  • The European sports car version of booth space
  • Same power, tighter handling
  • Slightly more exciting around the corners
  • If you have extenuating circumstances, we can discuss space size.

Operation “Make Room Without Losing Anyone”

We are also asking—gently, respectfully, and with a Diet Coke in hand—if a few vendors might:

  • Trim space slightly
  • Or reconfigure layouts

Why?

👉 No one who has been doing this show gets left behind.

Not on my watch. Not on your watch. Not in West Palm Beach. This is a voluntary move, but if enough don’t agree, we will have some tough decisions to make.

The Big Picture

We will be nearly 100 spaces larger than June 2025.

That’s not growth—that’s a controlled explosion.

And like any good controlled explosion, it requires:

  • Precision
  • Cooperation
  • And a few people willing to stand a little closer to the blast line than others

Why This Works

More vendors = more inventory
More inventory = more customers stay longer
More customers = more sales

And more sales = everyone goes home happy, sunburned, and slightly richer.

Final Thought (and Call to Action)

If you’re willing to:

  • Try a 10’ space
  • Adjust your footprint
  • Or simply lean into the chaos with us

Text Jon directly at 317-431-0118 and let me know you’re in.

Short, simple, “I’ll take a 10’” or “I can trim space”—that’s all I need.

Let’s make this June show something special.

Warm regards (and mild spatial negotiation),
