Dealers,
Alright — here we go again.
Time to fire up another West Palm Beach Antiques Festival.
Let’s light this candle.
You know the drill… but read this anyway so we don’t all learn the hard way at 8:07 Thursday morning.
SET-UP SCHEDULE
Thursday, March 26 — 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM
Early Buying opens Friday at 9:00 AM, so please plan on being fully set and looking like professionals by then.
WHERE TO ENTER
If you arrive early, the normal line-up will be in front of West Expo.
We’ll be using the following gates:
- Gate 12 — West Expo dealers
- Gate 8 — Buildings 6–10 dealers
Do not line up at Gate 10.
Follow the signs, listen to security, and please resist the temptation to invent your own entrance strategy.
It never works.
THE DISPATCH SYSTEM (READ THIS PART)
If you need tables, walls, showcases, electric, or anything else for your booth, you must call or text our Dispatch Line:
561-410-2560
That number sends staff directly to you.
Let me repeat that in antiques dealer language:
That number gets things done.
Do not come to the office.
Do not flag down random staff.
Do not whisper your request into the universe.
And please do not tell me while I’m holding a Diet Coke and walking across the building.
I will nod confidently… and forget it 11 seconds later.
The system remembers. I do not.
Also — the phone will be answered during set-up and show hours only.
Not before. Not after.
A FEW FRIENDLY REMINDERS
Hydrate. Pace yourselves. It’s Florida and gravity still works when lifting showcases.
Take a moment to remember what it takes to do a show:
packing, loading, driving, unloading, setting up, selling, smiling… and doing it all again on Sunday.
That effort is why this works.
And it always leads to the moment we’re all here for:
“I didn’t know I needed this… but I’m definitely buying it.”
