Happy New Year! If your resolutions include selling more, buying smarter, and getting through setup without misplacing at least one box of merchandise, we’re off to a great start together. It’s almost time for the West Palm Beach Antique Festival – January 2–4, and we’re excited to ring in 2025 with you.
Here’s everything you need to know to start the year right:
🗓 SET-UP SCHEDULE
Thursday, January 2 — 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM
(Friday Early Buyer opens at 9:00 AM — so please be fully set!)
🚪 ENTRANCE
All dealers enter through Gate 10.
Follow the signs, smile at security, avoid sneaking in like you’re hunting after-Christmas clearance.
🎊 New Year’s Resolutions for Dealers (Highly Suggested 😄)
- I will arrive during set-up hours, not at sunrise like a treasure-seeking raccoon.
- I will remember my inventory, dolly, and this time — tablecloths.
- I will label my bins so I don’t blame my spouse/partner/assistant/dog later.
- I will not swear off antique shows before lunch. (We know how mornings go.)

A Few Good-To-Know Notes
- Hydrate, pace yourself, and keep a Diet Coke handy if you want to communicate in Jon’s native language.
- Leave the holiday glitter at home… or don’t… it never truly leaves anyway.
