West Palm Beach Antique Festival — Friday Vendor Note

Vendors,

Thank you for an outstanding day at the West Palm Beach Antique Festival. Attendance was up 21% over 2024, and our Early Buying crowd jumped an incredible 51%—a direct reflection of the quality, energy, and professionalism you bring to this event.

Your booths looked beautiful. The displays, the merchandise, the creativity—customers noticed, and so did we. You are the reason this show continues to grow at a pace few events in the industry can match.

That said, we must address one issue plainly: a number of dealers left early, and doing so is not acceptable. When customers arrive expecting a full show—many having paid for admission—they deserve the complete experience we advertise. Leaving early is disrespectful to the buyers who support this event, and to your fellow vendors who honor the posted hours and to show staff.

Our show hours are not suggestions. They are part of the professional commitment we make together.

We appreciate the vast majority of you who stayed, engaged customers, and helped deliver the kind of event that creates this remarkable growth. Thank you for your hard work and dedication. Let’s keep building something exceptional—together, and all the way through posted show hours.
