Hello West Palm Beach Dealers!

We are gearing up for a MONSTER November West Palm Beach Antique Festival, November 6–8! We’re filling BOTH the East Expo and West Expo buildings, bringing together an incredible collection of antiques, vintage, jewelry, decorative arts, furniture, collectibles, and everything in between.

With two Expo buildings operating, it is especially important that everyone follows the correct arrival and setup procedures. Please read the information below carefully.

BOOTH ASSIGNMENTS – COMING EARLY NEXT WEEK!

Booth assignments will be emailed early next week.

Your booth number will tell you which building you are in:

  • W = WEST EXPO – Booth numbers beginning with W are located in the West Expo.
  • E = EAST EXPO – Booth numbers beginning with E are located in the East Expo.

Please check your booth assignment before arriving so you know which gate to use.

DEALER SETUP – THURSDAY, NOVEMBER 5

Setup Hours: 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM

EAST EXPO DEALERS – BOOTHS BEGINNING WITH E

  • Enter through GATE 2.
  • Follow staff instructions for unloading and access to the East Expo.

WEST EXPO DEALERS – BOOTHS BEGINNING WITH W

  • Before 10:00 AM: Enter through GATE 12.
  • After 10:00 AM: Enter through GATE 10.
  • Follow staff directions to the West Expo unloading areas.

IMPORTANT: Please use the entrance assigned to your building. With two Expo buildings operating, arriving at the wrong gate will create unnecessary delays for you and your fellow dealers.

Our centralized dispatch phone will be answered beginning at 8:00 AM on Thursday, November 5.

For setup assistance, booth equipment, walls, showcases, tables, or other operational needs, please call dispatch rather than stopping individual staff members on the floor. This allows us to track requests, assign them to the appropriate team members, and assist everyone efficiently.

FRIDAY MORNING – NOVEMBER 6

Dealers may access the show floor beginning at 8:00 AM on Friday morning for final preparations.

All booths should be ready for customers when Early Buyer admission begins at 9:00 AM.

FESTIVAL HOURS

  • Friday, November 6: Early Buyers 9 AM–Noon; General Admission Noon–5 PM
  • Saturday, November 7: 9 AM–5 PM
  • Sunday, November 8: 10 AM–4 PM

We are bringing together one of the largest collections of dealers we’ve assembled in West Palm Beach, and our goal is simple: get everyone unloaded, set up, and ready to sell with as little confusion as possible.

Two Expo buildings, hundreds of dealers, thousands of customers, and more antiques than any reasonable person should be allowed to assemble in one place.
