Good morning, West Palm Beach dealers. The West Palm Beach Show is kind of a big deal.

Let’s start with the facts: Friday’s crowd was up 85% over last year. That is not a typo. Based on pre-sale tickets, we are expecting an even larger crowd today. Studies show this is what we call “a good problem to have.”

Now, a word on aisle etiquette. The aisles—particularly in the West Expo—are lively. Vibrant. Borderline intimate. Please tighten your displays where possible so customers may browse without performing accidental yoga poses.

When it comes to settling booth balances, the optimal times are early morning or late afternoon, when the chaos subsides and the universe briefly makes sense. If you are far too busy selling (as you should be), simply reply to this text and we’ll send you an invoice. Technology: it’s incredible.
