West Palm February Exhibitors,
We are officially one week away from set-up for what will be the largest West Palm Beach Antiques Festival in years.
Set-up begins Thursday, February 5th, from 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m.
We are still booking spaces and are nearly sold out of indoor locations. A limited number of outdoor spaces remain available for any interested friends or colleagues.
Due to the scale of this event—spanning the East & West Expos, Buildings 6–10, and extensive outdoor areas—we are continuing to coordinate closely with the fairgrounds to manage vendor and customer traffic as efficiently as possible.
Detailed set-up instructions will be emailed Wednesday afternoon, the day before set-up. These will include:
- Assigned vendor gates for load-in
- Booth assignments
- Final logistics and traffic flow details
Please note: because of the show’s size and the State Fair tear-down schedule, no vendor access to any show areas will be permitted prior to 8:00 a.m. on Thursday morning.
Additionally, please do not plan on camping within the show footprint until Thursday evening. The fairgrounds charge fees for both full hook-up and dry camping, which are billed directly by the facility.
Pre-sale ticket activity has been brisk, and we are expecting a strong turnout. As you can imagine, our phones and email inboxes are very full at the moment. We appreciate your patience as our team focuses on final preparations for the show.
