Was two morns before set-up, but the dealers didn’t know,
Where was their booth, which way should they go?
The Fairgrounds lay quiet, the halls soft and bright,
Awaiting your treasures to sparkle the night.
But fear not — your festive set-up guide has arrived.
VENDOR SPACES
All booth assignments will be sent out tomorrow.
A little early holiday surprise in your inbox.
SET-UP DAY: THURSDAY
8:00 AM – 5:00 PM
Enter through Gate 2 for unloading. Follow the bike-rack markers outside each door — your holly-trimmed guideposts. (A friendly reminder: pausing too long in the lanes may summon the Grinchy Forklift Elf. Best to avoid.)
BUILDINGS & SPACES
This weekend we’ll be set up in the West Expo and Buildings 6–10, plus outdoor areas around the buildings.
Your booth size remains merry and unchanged even if your number shifts.
FRIDAY MORNING DEALER ENTRY
Dealers may enter beginning at 8:00 AM to add final touches, straighten the garland, and prepare for the holiday shoppers.
CUSTOMER ENTRY — IMPORTANT
For this show, both Gate 8 and Gate 12 will be open for customers.
Please help gently redirect any early, confused elves.
