Subject: August 1–3 WPB Set-Up Info & Ticket Update

Hey Vendors,

Set-up for the August 1–3 West Palm Beach Antique Festival is this Thursday, July 31, from 8 AM–5 PM. We’ll be using Gate 2 for load-in—Gate 2 is just east of the East Expo

🚪 Look for bike racks in front of doors—that’s your visual cue that it’s a load-in access point. Don’t park in front of those racks or you’ll be publicly flogged (for customer entertainment) when the doors open Friday.

🗺️ Booth numbers and the floorplan will be sent out next Wednesday.

🧾 A reminder that we’ve issued single booth numbers for each space—the size of your space remains what you ordered.

🎟️ New This Month: Advance Tickets on Eventbrite!
We’re now offering advance, discounted tickets through Eventbrite—customers can skip the box office line and head straight into the show. This could increase attendance and improve the front-door flow. Tell your customers:
