A New Plan for Arrival & Set-up
We know many of our dealers like to arrive early, get settled and be ready for the Extravaganza.
Beginning with the May 2027 show, the Fairgrounds has informed us that:
NO DEALERS ENTER THE GROUNDS BEFORE 8:00 AM WEDNESDAY
Dealers may arrive after 8:00 AM Wednesday and remain in the early buying/staging area at no additional charge.
If you would like to go to your assigned show space after 8:00 a.m. Wednesday, there will be a:
$50 WEDNESDAY SPACE ACCESS FEE
This includes dropping a trailer, putting up a tent, setting out tables. But no visible merchandise until 8 a.m. on Thursday. Anything out must be covered by tarps or blankets-nothing visible on Wednesday.
We are limiting Wednesday access to 400 vendors. You can sign up for Wednesday access either by paying the collectors along with your May space or in the show office with Janie this weekend.
Merchandise may not be displayed in your show space until Thursday morning.
Why the change?
As more dealers have begun using their spaces on Wednesday, the Fairgrounds is now charging us rent for that additional day. Early setup also requires additional staffing, traffic management and dealer assistance while our crew is still preparing the show.
We want to keep early arrival convenient while also giving our team the time needed to get everything ready.
Wednesday staging area: FREE
Wednesday show-space access after Noon: $50
Regular Thursday setup: FREE
