22 Aug West Palm – Time to Book Is Now

Hello West Palm Dealers,

We have reached the point where one building will no longer hold all of the dealers booked for September. Even with 10-foot booths, everyone will not fit in the East Expo, so we are opening Buildings 6-10 for the September show.

If you have been in the East Expo this summer, you have two choices:

1. Stay in the East Expo through October, knowing that another dealer may establish themselves in your traditional Buildings 6-10 location.

2. Move back to your preferred Buildings 6-10 space in September and establish that location for the season.

3. If you have previously been in the West Expo and are here monthly, return to your West Expo Space in November. Those spaces will be awarded by a system that equally factors time at the show and spend while at the show. It will reward both equally and is what we used last year to decide spaces in the West Expo.

There is another reason to decide early. After November we return to the West Expo, which holds about 20 fewer dealer spaces than the East Expo. If you wait until December to move to Buildings 6-10, preferred walls, corners, larger runs and other booth configurations may already be gone. Until Buildings 6-10 fills, we may also have flexibility to offer larger booths.

Buildings 6-10 are not the “back building.” Through signage, road flaggers, staff direction and social media, we have developed it as a true second front entrance. By May, customer traffic through that entrance equaled the West Expo entrance, with the added benefit of closer, less crowded parking.

The growth numbers explain the urgency. We currently have more than 200 spaces filled by dealers who participate at least nine months a year.  The West Expo only holds 175 spaces and the East Expo has 204 spaces. Our projections combine booths already booked with our current 32.7% year-over-year growth rate over 2025.

INDOOR BOOTH CAPACITY OUTLOOK

By November, projected demand exceeds indoor capacity and remains above capacity through February. These are not theoretical numbers – they combine current bookings with the show’s actual growth rate.

If you know you want to be at West Palm this fall and winter, the time to book is now.
If a wall, corner, larger booth or particular location matters to you, secure it now.

We want to take care of the longtime dealers who have helped build West Palm, but with demand growing this quickly we can no longer assume an open space will still be available later. Planning ahead gives us the best opportunity to accommodate you.
