20 Mar West Palm Beach March Madness
Subject: March 27–29 West Palm Beach Antique Festival — Dealer Setup (LISTEN UP)
Dealers—
Bring it in. Take a knee.
This is not a suggestion session. This is not a “we’ll figure it out when we get there” kind of weekend. This is a precision operation. We run this show like a Final Four team in March—disciplined, fast, and locked in.
If you don’t follow the rules… we’re running full-court gassers until your booth is set up right.
🗓️ SET-UP SCHEDULE
Thursday, March 26 — 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM
You show up ready. You unload. You set. You finish.
No wandering. No “I’ll circle back later.”
We don’t circle back—we close out possessions.
🚪 ENTRANCE & LOAD-IN
- Standard lineup at West Expo gate 12/gate 8 for 6-10- do not lineup at gate 10
- Follow staff directions like they’re your point guard calling the play
- No freelancing. Freelancers run suicides.
You block the lane, you clog the drive, you ignore direction?
That’s stadium steps at sunrise.
📞 DISPATCH SYSTEM — RUN THE PLAY
Need tables, walls, electric, showcases?
Call or text: 561-410-2560
That’s your system. That’s your offense.
Do NOT:
- Come to the office
- Flag down staff
- Tell Jon while he’s holding a Diet Coke
Because that’s like throwing a behind-the-back pass into the third row.
The system works. You don’t use it?
That’s defensive slide drills until morale improves.
🚫 GAME RULES (NON-NEGOTIABLE)
1. NO EARLY TEARDOWN
You leave early, you’re off the team. Period.
2. KEEP AISLES CLEAN
Tight aisles = turnovers.
Turnovers = running.
3. STAY IN YOUR SPACE
Respect the lines. This is not pickup ball at the rec center.
4. BE READY BY OPENING
Friday is tip-off.
You’re either ready… or you’re on the bench.
🧠 MENTALITY
This is West Palm Beach.
You’ve got buyers coming in with intent, money, and expectations.
They are not here for half-effort.
They are not here for sloppy presentation.
They are here for execution.
You bring your A-game, you will sell.
You don’t? You’ll feel like you just ran line drills in August heat.
🏁 FINAL WORD
We’ve built something here—crowds, energy, momentum.
But none of that matters if we don’t execute the basics.
So:
- Know your role
- Run the system
- Own your space
- Finish strong
Or we’re lining up baseline to baseline and running until somebody throws up or learns something.
Let’s go to work.
